Drink a litre of water an hour before your treatment, and another two litres across the rest of the day. Hydrated skin is happy skin.

The Venus Freeze works best on younger skin and people of a healthy weight. Older skin has less to work with, but great results can still be seen. This treatment is not a weight-loss tool.
